Cancellation Policy

Answer

You may cancel a pitch hire booking free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice before your session is due to start.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking, or failure to arrive, will be charged in full. No refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend a booking for operational reasons. In that event, your booking payment will be refunded. We are not liable for any additional costs, expenses or losses arising from such changes.

Pitch Hire Terms & Conditions

By booking a pitch at Rams Pitches, Flair Stadium, you and your group agree to the following conditions.

Not permitted on 3G pitches

Smoking, chewing gum, cans, bottles or glasses, food and drink, dirty or muddy footwear, metal blades or studs, and animals.

Use of the pitch

Only participants may enter the pitch — spectators must remain off the playing surface
Enter and exit on time at the start and end of your booking slot
Avoid spitting or mouth rinsing on the pitch
Keep noise to a reasonable level
Dispose of waste safely — no bottles on the pitch

Important: No gathering before or after your session. Please leave the premises promptly when your booking ends. Social gatherings in the car park are not permitted.
